My role at Per-scent let me head up BeautyScent in a lot of areas creatively. There was a lot of creative freedom but with this came the challenge of cost and resource (as always!) as it was a very small team operation, hence the requirement that meant me heading up creative, social and photography. This included campaign planning, pulling stock, executing shoots and creating content. It also entailed the follow up of editing and retouch.
